🎓Daily Trivia

Daily Trivia is operated by Kopend Holdings Inc. (“we”, “us”). By playing the game or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Daily Trivia is a free daily trivia game — a new set of questions each day. You can play anonymously, or sign in to save your streak and sync your history across devices. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Sign-in is handled via email or your Google account.

You agree not to:

• probe, scrape, overload, or otherwise attack the service or its infrastructure;
• abuse the feedback form or submit unlawful or harmful content;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren’t yours.

When you send feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the service. Don’t submit anything unlawful, or content you don’t have the right to share.

Trivia questions are sourced from the Open Trivia Database under its CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The Daily Trivia name, branding, and site design remain our property.

We rely on third parties to run the game, including Google (sign-in), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. Their handling of data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Trivia questions and answers may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kopend Holdings Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Daily Trivia. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited accordingly.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using Daily Trivia at any time and request deletion of your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be handled in its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
